the method: applied kinesiology
Applied kinesiology is a holistic approach that utilizes manual muscle testing. This is a non-invasive way of analyzing the body and identifying the root causes of poor health and imbalance. We utilize your body’s reflexes as a biofeedback system to tell us what areas are weak and/or need nutritional support. We do so by checking theses reflexes directly against a series of the most common causes of dysfunction including environmental toxins, food sensitivities, immune challenges, and even scars.

During your 60-minute initial consultation, Reece will be sure to discuss and fully understand your health concerns and wellness goals. Through applied kinesiology (muscle testing), Reece will then assess any imbalances or non-optimal areas within your body. This in depth, integrative evaluation of the body reveals root-cause imbalances and is used as the groundwork for your individualized program. Whether you're struggling with gut health, hormone imbalance, chronic fatigue, or stress, this session gives you a clear, personalized path toward lasting healing.

follow up
Following your initial consultation, follow-up appointments are designed to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your individualized program. During these 30-minute sessions, Reece will reevaluate your health using applied kinesiology as needed. This will ensure that your body is responding well to the program. These follow-ups allow time to address any new concerns, adjust your program and continue making sustainable lifestyle changes, helping you achieve optimal health. With these regular check-ins, Reece holds you accountable and helps you to remain focused on your wellness goals. Small, sustainable changes over time are what make all the difference in your healing journey!
